Fold the warp mat in half along the dotted line and then cut along the solid lines. Cut out the weft strips following the solid lines.
Turn the warp mat over so that the printed side is on the reverse and weave the weft strips over and under the warp strips on the mat.
Glue the ends of the weft strips to the edges of the warp mat. There you have it - real op art!
